By Bobby Moore Scripture: Exodus 16:1-21
In spite of our grumbling and doubting, God faithfully
provides what we need. God’s provisions rarely come in the form of huge miracles like manna falling from the sky. Instead, God often provides for His people, through His people. This is one of the roles of the church: to tend to the needs inside the church so that they may have the strength to tend to the needs outside the church.
It feels like prayer and reading the bible are two of the most common things that we are told are important as Christians. Jesus lays out in Matthew 6 a picture of the heart and posture for prayer that we can model in our own lives.
