God’s Faithfulness Shines Through His People

By Bobby Moore Scripture: Exodus 16:1-21

In spite of our grumbling and doubting, God faithfully provides what we need. God’s provisions rarely come in the form of huge miracles like manna falling from the sky. Instead, God often provides for His people, through His people. This is one of the roles of the church: to tend to the needs inside the church so that they may have the strength to tend to the needs outside the church.

Churches often talk about the importance of reading the bible, which is good, and needed. In Psalm 1 though we hear about loving and meditating on God’s Word. That God’s Word would be interwoven throughout our lives, that what the bible says would leak into every aspect of our lives. That God’s Word would give us a foundation to lean on in all seasons of life and in all circumstances.
