Sunday September 24: “All In- To Our Community” Romans 10:10-15

By Pastor Bill Flavin

In Romans 10, the apostle Paul makes an impassioned case that the gospel is good news for all people, but they need to experience it.  Paul makes the case that as Christ followers it is our responsibility for the good news that we have been given, that gives us hope that grounds our lives, must be shared, embodied and expressed to people not just within our Christian community.

Sunday November 17: Luke 10:1-4: “Just Do It”

Shortly after calling his first disciples Jesus sends out 12 to go and teach what they have learned to others. Jesus’ instructions are simple. Go to those who welcome you, share about Jesus, pray for those present. The disciples return to Jesus with stories of miraculous things happening and lives being changed. Jesus invites us to join the places that he is already moving, and to share the stories of how we see God on the move.
